  1. Working days :
  • Ready Stock are taking 1-3 working days
  • Backorder/ Preorder are taking 7-31 working days (Fast > 7-14 days , Slow > 7-31 days)

- Order will be shipped out at above working days after upon payment verification. Working days not including weekend and public holiday. No urgent order.

    2.  Arrival time for different items differs and are usually stated under the individual items.

Backorder/ Preorder item may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, lack of fabric, insufficient stocks arrived etc. For delayed/ cancelled backorders, item out of stock, cancellations of orders are not applicable. A store credit with no expiry will be issued accordingly. There will strictly not be any cash refunds.

   3.  You can decide to ship together or separately when checkout if your order consists of both in-stock & backorder item(s). If order need ship separately, you may need to pay extra postage charges.

  • If want to combined previous order to ship together, you may completed payment with your new order first and contact us tell us your pervious order(s) and new order(s) numbers on instagram direct message. We will return the extra postage to your store credit, There will strictly not be any cash refunds.


  • At DEAR K, we accept returns for the following reasons,

      - An incorrect item

*Please note that we do not accept returns if the size doesn't fit you as measurements are clearly stated on the webstore.*

Customers must drop us an message within 7 working days upon receiving their parcel and all returns should be received by our returns department within an additional 7 working days from the above date. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition (without any stains, fragrances, scents including detergent and perfume) or any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale. Please return the parcel within 5-7 working days, if more than 5-7 working days we will not accept the return parcel.

     - We only responsible item exchange/return/refund are only valid from 7 days from when the items are shipped.

     - We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept items that do not meet these requirements.


Please note our terms for exchange:

 - After order was successful, we do not accept change, item/ size/ colour.

 - Exchanges are only valid for size and colours. Exchanges are not valid for different designs, you may choose to submit a return for store credits instead.
- Exchanges are only valid from 7 days from when the items are shipped.
- Only a one-time exchange is allowed.
- Only valid for local orders (Malaysia)
- Merchandise must be in its original brand new, never washed and unworn condition.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached and in resalable condition. 

-For return/exchange parcel, we only be responsible postage for using GDEX. Others express we are not responsible, customer need to self-pay.


Please note our terms for no returns and refund:

- Some of item we will cut out the clothes label.

- We do not accept refund/ return/ exchange of Item fabric problem (fabric have some little dot/ black dot/ little pilling)

- Different batch item pattern making may (measurement stated may vary 1cm-3cm).

- Postage are not refundable.

- Order refund will refund to a store credit with no expiry will be issued accordingly. There will strictly not be any cash refund.

- Item out of stock payment will refund to your account store credit.


- All credits can only be used online at www.dearkonline.com and is non-transferrable to another person or account.
- Store Credit expiry will be informed upon issue.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the credits issued will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.

- Combined previous order to ship together, (1) postage will refund to your store credit. *Need to pay both order postage first, and will only refund (1) postage fee to your store credit.
